About Alisha

Hello! My name is Alisha Sparks. My professional background consists of more than 30 years’ experience in personal lines insurance. I hold licenses in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance in addition to my newly acquired Real Estate License. Insurance has afforded me many experiences and relationships’, however, I am eager to launch my 2nd career in real estate.

My goal is to assist all clients and prospects as they search for and purchase the perfect home.

You ask what personality traits I bring to the team….. well, some call it annoying, some call it nosy… I call it curiosity or “need to understand”; I ask a LOT of questions. I like meeting and talking with people. My goal is being able to understand what is important to the prospect, turning them into a client, being able to find their perfect home and/or provide any assistance I can to help make their real estate transaction easier or less stressful.

My favorite things in life are my granddaughters. Spending time with them, watching them learn new things, and spoiling them. I currently have 1 that’s 5 yrs old, 1 that’s 2 yrs old, and another one due in Oct 2023.
