Hi, I'm Greg Norwood. My wife, Beth, and our two kids, Logan, who is 3, and Olivia, my 1-year-old, moved to the wonderful city of Sandersville last year from Oregon. We transitioned from the West Coast to the East Coast, and we love it here. Both my wife and I hail from very small towns and sought a place where everyone knows their neighbor. We couldn't have found a better place for our little ones to grow up.

I'm here to assist people with their buying and selling needs. Whether you're new to the scene or an experienced investor, I can offer my expertise. I'm also a co-owner of K&N Properties LLC, with several rentals in the Milledgeville and Sandersville areas, and we're always looking to expand. I'm eager to help individuals secure their first investment or to add to their portfolios. Whether you're searching for land for hunting or a lake house to enjoy the water, I'm very adaptable. With over 10 years of sales experience and extensive knowledge in the construction industry, I'm well-equipped to meet your needs.

When I'm not busy with my rentals or real estate, I spend my time with the family and our Great Dane, Harley. We enjoy camping, fishing off the dock at our lake, and, of course, smoking/BBQing everything from brisket and pork shoulders to ribs and even cheese.
