About Ty
Ty Blair has 20 years of real estate experience representing clients and collaborating with agents in Georgia and Western North Carolina.
He began his real estate career in 2006 in residential sales in Macon, Ga. Ty obtained his broker’s licenses in Georgia (2008) and North Carolina (2018). He held roles as Business Development Director (2016) and Director of Career Advancement (2022) before joining Fickling & Company in 2025 as Managing Associate Broker in Warner Robins GA, overseeing the operations of the residential division.
Mr. Blair has built a foundation of clients and agents through his professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to prioritizing the needs of others. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
Ty along with his wife Heidi, are proud parents to their two children Jordan and Camron. He is an avid cyclist and seeks passion and authenticity in every aspect of his life. He upholds Faith and patriotism and cherishes spending time with family and friends.
